E-Guru is designed to this principle and is not focused only on making learning material available for access but aims to offer a complete learning environment to the students which lets them access content, work with other students and faculty in a collaborative setup, using the technology to disseminate information and learning seamlessly.

E-Guru is a unique platform allowing students to experience close to a physical school environment by offering the right mix of study material, access to faculty, circle of ‘friends’ to share experiences with and learn together with, access to live twitter and internal twitter, a tool to aggregate RSS feeds from internet of interest. Tools like Blog, Wiki, Discussion Forums and Communities make sure that students can interact with each other on a variety of topics and in the process create a permanent knowledge repository useful for students who would be using the system in future.

In a nutshell, E-Guru offers an experience which goes beyond ‘studying’. It allows the students to act and react as they would in a physical brick and mortar school and in the process enables them to learn and grow.
