With a rich career spanning over two decades, Dr. Neurgaonkar has held key roles, including Academic Director & Head- Student Development at MIT School of Telecom Management and Business Development Manager at Green Force Engineers Pvt. Ltd. His expertise lies in monetary economics, leadership, management, and research, with a strong focus on team management and organizational growth.

His academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Management from "Rashtra Sant Tukdoji Maharaj University (RTMNU), Nagpur University, an MBA Finance & M.Com from the University of Pune, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Maharashtra Education Society’s Garware College of Commerce.
