The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course is conducted through live training. The program includes 28 hours of live training for LSS Green Belt-certified candidates, along with home assignments and project implementation (Live/Simulated).
The online examination is conducted separately from the training and has a duration of 2 hours.
Training sessions are conducted on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
The training sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the LMS account. Participants can access the recordings through their LMS account for 2 months.
Yes. Candidates are required to successfully complete the Black Belt examination with a minimum score of 50% to qualify for the certification. On successful completion, the candidate will receive the exam certification.
The project needs to be submitted after completion of the examination. On successful submission of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project, the candidate will receive the certification for project completion in both soft copy and hard copy.
