  • Cross-Cultural Communication: entered with the lowest baseline (3.27) and achieved a +31.2% lift

Well-Being Counselling — Anubhuti Series

7 sessions delivered to 1,070+ attendees with pre/post lifts of up to +27%.

  • "The Mask We Wear" session: 3.16 → 4.03 (+27% lift in self-reported well-being)
  • Anubhuti Launch session: 3.52 → 4.03 (+14% lift)

CDP & Placement Training
